floors only. Putting things away is consider a maid service and be acquired
at additional cost.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
When moving overseas many additional costs can be incurred please read
and understand the following list. A smooth well planned move will not
incur many of the costs below, but the client must realize what can happen.
People do not like surprises, but most moving companies do not advise
you of things that can happen. At TIMN we be believe in being proactive

Transport of container and packing crew to your residence
The price in your quotation includes the cost of bringing the container
from the export shipping terminal (if your shipment is a Full container
load) and transportation of the packing crew to your residence for as
many days needed to complete the job. The travel time is based on the
information completed in Origin city information box. Any change in this
information could affect the final price.
Packing
Items can be placed in many various sizes and thickness of carton boxes.
All TIMN’s quotations include new packing material. The items will
be packed in a way to ensure maximum protection. Some items due to their
nature must be crated and the fabrication of wooden crates is not included
in the packing price. Various countries have different methods of packing,
but the items must not move within the box.
Wrapping
The protection of furniture is done through the means of wrapping the
furniture in different types of paper padding. All furniture must be covered
completely and be protected from scratching, denting, chipping and general
damage. The material itself must not be abrasive and cause any damage
to the furniture. No plastic can be placed in direct contact with wood.
Plastic can harm the finish of wood furniture with the temperature conditions
in an ocean freight container.
Loading of the shipment
The shipment must be succurred tightly, so that no item can move or
break loose during transit. The origin service is quoted based on normal
access. Normal access is defined as a residence at ground floor or 1st
floor above and that the container or truck can be positioned within 50
feet of the client’s front door. Please note for apartments or condominiums
not the front door of the building but your residence. If additional labor
is required for the loading process then there will be an increase in
the cost of origin services.
