Why was TIMN created?
A group of moving companies saw the need to provide their customers with a better way of choosing the right mover and/or service for their international relocation. Under the direction of Fredric Delahaye and Paul Farthing the idea of creating a system that would satisfy the following needs was conceived.

MISSION STATEMENT
To create a system to provide individuals relocating around
the world with a new alternative for filling all their relocation needs.
This system must provide information instantly and have no restrictions
to the end users, while understanding customers are looking for a mix
of high quality and low price. This system must offer the greatest value
in the International relocation market.

rates are provided and approved by Rose International Inc..
Why are we different?
Well the answer has many parts, but understanding why TIMN is different will clearly help our customers make the final decision. TIMN is a collection of moving companies that have been and are still operating in every country around the world, that are working together to provide a better standard for our clients.
At the present time there are some sites that will take your information about your move and then sell this information to moving companies that will contact you. The sites selling your information make their money without any real control with the level of quality service and they do no involve themselves in the actual move. Basically they do not care if your move is done properly as long as they get their money. In fact they have no experience in what it takes to relocate your family and when looking at the information they provide it is clear that they are middlemen only adding to the overall cost of your move.
Some sites belong directly to moving companies that tell clients about their services and experience. Most of these companies operate in one country or continent and the services they provide can be restricted. TIMN respects these organizations, but points out that by not operating within a structure that operates in all countries they may not have the best solution and it is hard to guarantee levels of quality. These companies belong to many organizations that may give them the ability to cover the globe, but they truly do not have the control over all the elements of your move.
TIMN’s system has been design to have a consistent level of quality from start to finish. The moving companies that will provide your packing and unpacking services must follow strict standards and it is these standards that will protect you. The whole system has been built on the efforts of many moving companies that have the experience to ensure customer satisfaction and it is these same moving companies that will ensure that all members provide TIMN’s customers with outstanding service.
TIMN’s difference is clearly the amount of information we offer to our clients. The only true way to measure quality is to know what is included in the service an individual is purchasing. We promise to explain every part of your move and all cost associated to it. No surprises no hidden costs. Many service providers will quote a low price to obtain the business and when the actual move is to be delivered they add extra charges. In fact the moving industry is famous for this.
Why can TIMN save you money on your move without cutting quality?
- Our system is built on a very low overhead structure and therefore high overhead costs do not have to be passed onto the consumer.
- The volumes that TIMN has created on a globe basis let’s us negotiate better ocean freight rates for our clients.
- TIMN does not incur costs to provide a quote to our clients. All other companies must hire staff to make a quotation and that must be covered in the moves they carry out.
- TIMN pays no sales commissions to staff on any moves. Our volume calculator helps individual accurately evaluate the volume of your home without the cost of someone coming to visit your home. Every time an employee provides time and effort then your price will increase.
- All moves are paid in advance by the client and therefore no financing charges will be built into the price of the move. At the present time most origin or destination suppliers will have a finance charge built into their rate.
- Timn’s service is based on the volume of the shipment and not the weight. This is important, because any client can adjust their volume in the volume calculator to see the actual price and adjust it to their budget. Taking dimensions is straightforward and can be done in front of the client without any problem. The weight of the shipment will not change the price unless subject to very heavy items not able to be handled by 2 normal men.
